folding knife features a
premium-quality VG-10
stainless-steel blade
that sharpens to an
extremely keen edge.
VG-10 offers excellent
edge retention and
corrosion resistance,
too. The black Micarta
handle, accented with
steel and brass rivets,
is extremely hard,
dense, and durable. (Micarta
is made by applying heat
and pressure to layers
of paper or glass cloth
impregnated with
synthetic resin. A
chemical reaction called
polymerization
transforms the layers
into a laminated
plastic.) The knife's
lockback design opens
easily and locks
securely. This knife is
available in limited
production runs only.
