warehouses located on both coasts of the country and depending on
stock and availability, you may receive shipments from either
locations. Using the UPS shipping guide at UPS.com is a good
guide.
Please allow 5 to 10 days to
receive your shipment. For
order status submit our
order status form.
Shipping price is based on the total size and weight of your order. Our minimum shipping charge is $10 which covers
shipping and handling costs. All APO and FPO orders are assessed an additional
$10 handling fee per order.
There are extra UPS charges for oversized items. Oversized items may include
punching bags and Bo staffs.

CONTINENTAL U.S.A SHIPPING
RATE INFORMATION: *Actual shipping
charges may vary. Add $15.00 to regular shipping charges for all air filled heavy training
bags, water bags, add-a-mats, speed bag platforms, staffs, bounce back dummy and the
fighting man dummy. Add $20.00 for all training center and fitness stands. Add $5.00 for
all jigsaw mats. The matrix below is a guide only. We can only
know the exact shipping charges when we ship out. For very large quantity orders we can
ship via truck. Note: The per package charges are for single item
orders. If you are buying multiple items, we do not charge ($10-$15) for each item
for ground shipping. We bill shipping according to the weight
and size of the ENTIRE order. eg. If you were to buy 20 uniform
patches, the shipping charge will be approximately $10
