Order Cancellation Request
4. Customers may cancel any orders before shipment has been processed. Cancellation requests after we have processed and before customer has received product(s) will be charged freight. We cannot guarantee that a product order can be canceled. The customer must then return the product freight pre-paid with the original packaging unopened to receive a full refund on the goods minus freight. Insuring goods is the customer's responsibility. Request for refund of non-defective goods after receipt will be charged a restocking fee of 20% minimum. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Note: If you changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel, please fill out the form below IMMEDIATELY. If your order has yet to be processed, then we can successfully stop the order and you will receive a cancellation confirmation. Most orders are processed in 24 Hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, then chances are that your order is on its way as ordered. If we are unable to stop your order, then kindly expect your package in 2 to 7 working days. If you cannot accept the package and wish to return it still, then please refuse your package with the freight carrier. You will be charged freight and the re-stocking fee. Thank you.
