Shipping Information

We have shipping warehouses located on both coasts of the country and depending on stock and availability, you may receive shipments from either locations. Using the UPS shipping guide at UPS.com is a good guide.

Please allow 5 to 10 days to receive your shipment. For order status submit our order status form.

Shipping price is based on the total size and weight of your order. Our minimum shipping charge is $10 which covers shipping and handling costs. All APO and FPO orders are assessed an additional $10 handling fee per order.

There are extra UPS charges for oversized items. Oversized items may include punching bags and Bo staffs.
