Mat Tape.
This tape will
hold your mats in place
whether you're putting
them on concrete,
hardwood floors,
linoleum, or carpet.
It's also very easy to
use. Just flip up the
mats on the outside edge
of your work area and
stick the tape to the
floor. Then put the mats
back in place and you're
done. when you want to
move the mats, simply
pull the mats up, peel
the adhesive off the
floor and throw the tape
away.

is it will not leave any
residue on your floor,
making it very easy to
